Unhappy with your purchase?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, it is unworn, and in its original condition, a full refund will be available if it is returned within 7 days. After 7 days, the item can be exchanged for another item. However, you must bear the cost of shipping.

Exceptions:

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
  • All bespoke/commission pieces are also non-returnable.

Is your jewellery piece faulty, broken or damaged?

If the item is faulty, or broken or damaged when you receive it, you will of course be entitled to a full refund, once the item has been returned. This includes shipping costs.
