Important Information for EU & NI Customers
As of 13th December 2024, new General Product Safety Regulations (GPSR) come into play for products sold to the EU and NI.
For non-EU businesses, meeting these new GPSR requirements involves difficult and complicated challenges.
Until the guidance on compliance becomes clearer, we have decided to pause shipments to the EU and NI.
We extend our heartfelt apologies to our much valued EU & NI customers, and will update you if the situation changes.
