(3) Returns Policy

• You may return any unused items for refund or exchange. You must notify us of your intention to return items within 7 working days days of receipt of your order (use the contact form to send us an email).
• Refunds and exchanges will only be granted if items are returned in unused resellable condition.
• It is your responsibility to ensure the safe return of any items and we recommend sending packages tracked and with insurance.
• We are not responsible for any lost packages returned to us. Upon receipt of any returned items, we will refund you the full amount you paid (excluding postage & packaging costs) within 30 days.
• For hygiene reasons, earrings will be non-returnable.
• Please note that custom made items are exempt from the returns policy and all sales are final.
